San Francisco Giants Youth Baseball Camps 18 sites throughout the Greater Bay Area for ages 8-12 from 9am-3:00pm. A baseball specialty camp with a summer camp feel. High emphasis is put on character building and improving self esteem and social skills in a team setting. Participants receive expert instruction on the fundamentals of baseball while developing a sense of sportsmanship and team spirit. A day at camp includes stations in throwing, hitting, fielding, base running. Specially designed games, baseball Olympics, and all day visits from former pros keep each day fun and exciting. Sessions include day camps and advanced training camps. Many dates and locations to choose from. Day Camps: $250 (enroll through web site and save $20). Washington Holiday Baseball Instruction is designed for ages 12-18. Each session is limited to 25 hitters per session. Two sessions per day Winter Vacation December 20-22 (Sat. - Mon.) Time: 9-10:30a.m. and 11:00-12:30p.m.. $120.00 per session at George Washington High School Field 30th Ave. between Anza and Balboa. Directed by Glenallen Hill, Steve Glass, and Bob Fung they all can help improve your hitting! Stanford Baseball School and Campsfor boys and girls ages 7-18. Directed by Stanford Head Baseball Coach Mark Marquess. "Our goal is to develop individual skills, teach the proper fundamentals and to emphasize the importance of team play. Learn first-hand Stanford Baseball's success formula: 'Enthusiasm and discipline.' These camps feature a wide variety of Schools and Camps for the beginner to the most advanced high school player. Camps are for specific age groups. Players are grouped by age and ability.
